Ramen Joy Bars

Ingredients


1 1/4 cups sweetened shredded coconut

1 package (3 oz.) Ramen noodles, any flavor, crushed

1/2 cup slivered almonds

3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

3/4 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp. salt

3/4 cup powdered sugar

8 oz. chocolate chips

1 Tbsp. coconut oil


Steps


1. Line bottom and sides of an 8x8 inch baking pan with foil

2. Lightly, coat pan with cooking spray

3. Heat skillet over medium heat

4. Add coconut, noodles and almonds

5. Cook 3-5 minutes or until slightly golden brown in color, remove from heat

6. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla, and salt until well blended.

7. Stir in powdered sugar,

8. Fold noodle mixture until thick paste consistency.

9. Spread mixture into prepared pan.

10. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in double boiler

11. Spread chocolate over noodle mixture.

12. Let set until firm and cut into pieces.
