Party On Potatoes

Ingredients

4 Cups mashed potatoes

1 cup sour cream

1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened

1 tsp minced chives

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

1 Tbsp. melted butter

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps

1. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.

2. Spread into greased 2 quart casserole dish

3. Combine bread crumbs with butter

4. Sprinkle over potatoes

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes

6. Top with cheese and serve immediately.
