Crustless Tuna Quiche

Ingredients


2 cans tuna, drained

1 cup swiss cheese, shredded

1 medium onion, chopped,

2 tbsp. flour

2 large eggs

2 large egg whites

1 cup milk

3/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp red pepper flakes


Steps


1. Lightly spray pie plate with cooking spray

2. Mix together tuna, swiss, onion, and flour

3. Spread in a pie plate

4. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and red pepper flakes

5. Pour over tuna mixture

6. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick

comes out clean
