Crispy Dill Tilapia

Ingredients
1 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 tilapia fillets
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Lemon Wedges
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Toss together first five ingredients.
3. Place tilapia on a baking pan coated with cooking spray.
4. Brush with lemon juice.
5. Top with crumb topping, patting so it sticks.
6. Bake, uncovered, on an open rack until the fish just begins to flake, about 12-15 minutes.
7. Serve with lemon wedges.
