Cherry Crisp Muffins

Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
dash salt
1 21 oz. can Cherry pie filling
3 cups flour
Topping
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/4 cups quick rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Place liners in muffin tin or spray with cooking spray
3. Mix topping ingredients and set aside
4. Mix together eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt and cherry pie filling.
5. Add flour and mix well
6. scoop batter into muffin tins. about 2/3-3/4 full
7. Sprinkle topping on muffins
8 Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
