Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients


2 lbs. ground beef

1 cup chopped onion

1 29 oz. can tomato sauce

3 1/2 lbs. chopped cabbage

1 cup uncooked white rice

1 tsp. salt

2 14 oz. cans beef broth


Steps


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Brown ground beef, drain

3. In mixing bowl, combine onion, tomato sauce, cabbage, rice, and salt

4. Add meat and mix

5. Pour mixture into 9x13

6. Pour broth over meat mixture

7. Bake covered 1 hour

8. Stir, replace cover and bake another 30 minutes
